THE PROCEDURE OF FOREIGN PLACEMENT
Our partners want side by side comparison of several qualified
candidates, so we always make the selection to help to choose the
one that best suits. The process of placing depends on the work
position from the employer. Our exception is that we prefer to have
personal contact with each candidate. We are trying to find out the
most about their knowledge and language skills, education and
personal practice. All the applicants must to complete the given forms, and deliver it to our agency.
THE PROCEDURE OF FOREIGN PLACEMENT
Our partners want side by side comparison of several qualified
candidates, so we always make the selection to help to choose the
one that best suits. The process of placing depends on the work
position from the employer. Our exception is that we prefer to have
personal contact with each candidate. We are trying to find out the
most about their knowledge and language skills, education and
personal practice. All the applicants must to complete the given forms, and deliver it to our agency.
We check this and
pass it to our agent or client.
After finding and offer of the placement there follows an interview
with employer. We are able to organize the personal interviews in
Slovakia, for non-qualified positions are the telephone interviews
arranged. If the employer accepts the candidate there is an official
procedure, that include the work permission receiving, visa,
traveling when required – there is no need of work permission or
visas in EU for Slovak natives. If the candidate is not accepted, we
introduce the replacement. When the client does not posses the
required skills our agency is replacing him without any delays and
expenses. Before departure from the home country we
